Making safety a team sport to reduce risks on construction sites

For several years, VINCI Construction France has implemented a major internal communication event called Safety Days, aimed at raising awareness about on-site safety among employees and workers.

How can we mobilize teams during these days to ensure effective message retention?

OVAL turned safety into a team sport by creating the Safety League, an experiential and unifying internal communication campaign, led by a seasoned ambassador: 1998 World Cup Champion Franck Leboeuf. The campaign was driven by the tagline: “We’ve got everything to gain by playing it safe.” Throughout a week of prevention, all construction sites across France engaged in a fun and educational challenge, accessible via smartphone, where key safety points were transformed into team-based tasks.

A pedagogical prevention concept rolled out nationwide.

Let’s engage your teams differently.
